Regarding the Return and Refund Agreement

Before shipment:

If the order is cancelled within 7 days of placing it, we will deduct a PayPal handling fee of 4.4% of the payment amount for a refund;

If the order is cancelled 7 days after placing it, the factory has already started production. We need to deduct 30% of the handling fee for the refund;

If there is any address change before shipment, please contact us promptly for replacement;

After shipment:

Due to our company's customized products, we do not support returns or refunds upon receipt;

We will inform the logistics number before shipment and pay attention to the logistics situation in a timely manner to avoid loss;

Please check for any missing or quality issues within 7 days of arrival. If there are any problems, please contact us promptly for resolution;

In addition, after completing the order payment, we will send an email to confirm the address and order information within 1-2 days. If there are holidays, it will be postponed accordingly.

Regarding order issues, you can contact us through the following methods and we will respond within 1-3 days.

If there are major holidays in China, the response will be delayed accordingly; If there is no response,

you can ask again in a few days.
